ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the APARTMENTS will be available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 9:30 am.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Chalets

FOR A CALM ATMOSPHERE
We would like to inform you that your Chalet is reserved exclusively for you, and not for external guests.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

The remaining amount will be paid directly to the property.

TOURIST TAX
Prices do not include the tourist tax of €2.70 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt). There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In the event of illness or justified personal problems, to avoid penalties, fines, and cancellations, we strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. We are available for any clarifications and further information.

FOR A WORRY-FREE STAY
We ask you to separate waste in the apartments. The waste collection point is located on the ground floor, opposite the garage entrance.
The night quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am.
Smoking and leaving personal items in common areas are prohibited in all our facilities, as is the entry of outsiders.
